proteoCHIP LF 48 is an innovative solution for label-free single cell proteomics sample preparation. With its optimal design and accessories, it further extends the capabilities of cellenONE® single cell isolation technology. The combination of both technologies enables all the front-end of the mass spectrometry including incubation steps.

High-throughput culturomics
Culture-based approaches are rising back in microbiology. Classical methods for isolate library generation are tedious and time-consuming, therefore increase in throughput is now needed. cellenONE can isolate any type of cells, and mixes of those types, including host and microbial cells in the same sample! With no need for fluorescent staining, cellenONE ensures optimal post-isolation cultivability, for abundant and diverse culture libraries.
Environmental control probe
Its primary function is to monitor and regulate the environmental conditions inside the enclosure. By continuously measuring both temperature and humidity, this probe ensures optimal operating conditions for the system. Whether maintaining a specific temperature range for enzymatic reactions or controlling humidity levels to prevent sample desiccation, the probe contributes to the overall stability and accuracy of the cellenONE process.

With its optimal design and accessories, the proteoCHIP 12*16 is an innovative solution that further extends the capabilities of cellenONE® technology by facilitating miniaturized sample preparation of individual cells for multiplex single cell proteomics workflows. proteoCHIP EVO 96
proteoCHIP EVO 96 is an innovative solution for label-free Single Cell Proteomics sample preparation. With its optimal design and accessories, it further extends the capabilities of cellenONE® single cell isolation technology. The combination of both technologies enables end-to-end miniaturized Single Cell Proteomics sample preparation for MS-based analysis. Using the proteoCHIP EVO 96 allows for single cell sample preparation directly on-deck of the cellenONE, including incubation steps. After sample preparation, the samples can be directly transferred into Evotips via centrifugation, allowing transfer to the Evosep One with no manual step.
