Use should/shouldn’t to give somebody advice or say what you think is the right thing to do.

For example:
We should use solar energy.
We shouldn’t throw away gargabe in the streets.
We often use “I think you should / I don’t think you should”
I don’t think we should pollute rivers.
I think we should have clean-up days.
