This document aims to:
- give a transparent view of an onboarding journey for new joiners and their line managers; and
- to provide a consistent approach to onboarding across the business.

For the remaining days of onboarding, you'll continue to shadow live sessions in the morning, where possible or review videos, if not. It'll be important for you to make the most of shadowing opportunities by linking in with the clinicians, scoring jointly and having clinical discussions. When you feel comfortable, you can offer to write up parts of the assessment for the clinician that you are shadowing and seek feedback from them or a team manager.
