The first 3 weeks of implementation there are 3 required courses, then tapers into 3 hours of live training - 1 hour/week. Training also includes team members who may not be involved in migration. Communication with Data Migration Specialist and Implementation Manager.
Three product workshops (1 hour each) where their implementation manager will help them configure their receipts, set up features, and stage integrations. Live training - 1 hour Data Mapping ocurrs, migration team will reach out with any questions.
Data Review call with migration team (to orient their legacy data sources and understand what data cleanup they will need to do) - 90 mins Live training - 1 hour
User Acceptance Testing where their team will review their test database for mapping adjustments and any migration errors. This is typically the most involved portion of implementation to ensure customer confidence. Final Database Delivery to follow in 2-3 weeks.
