comparative adjectives
comparative adjectives are used to compare differences between the two objects they modify (bigger,smaller,faster,taller)they are used in setenceswhere two nouns are compared in thispattern: noun(subject)+verb+comparativeadjective+that+noun(object) the second element of comparison can be omitted if it is clear from the context

superlative adjectives
auperlative adjectivesn are used to describve an object that is at the upper or lower limit of a qualitive (tallest,smallest,fastest,tallest) they are used in sentences wher a suject is compared to a group of objects
