• If the business wants to make changes that impact our people, they will consult with us so that we can feed in the views of our people.
• We collaborate very closely with the business to ensure we have regular feedback from the forum to the leaders and vice versa.
• It’s a great way to keep our leaders close to what our people are feeling and to try and make positive changes when needed.
• We support employees with a wide range of things including Disciplinary and Grievance hearings, Business Changes such as Flexible Working Requests & changes to your working environment, People Policy reviews and alignment work and we can support on Early Conflict resolution and Mediation.

We want to ensure all employees have access to good quality, impartial advice and knowledge in relation to employment related concerns. If it is something we cannot help with, then we will point you in the right direction of someone who can. If you have anything you’re concerned about in the workplace, come and talk to us!

The ECF is a positive force for change, working collaboratively with the business for all our peopleWe can support anyone in Allianz Personal or on an LVGIG contract individually but also collectively, confidentially and free of charge.

Unite is the recognised trade union within Allianz Insurance, looking after members throughout the company. We collectively represent most employees and have members across all bands of the organisation. Unite represents members both collectively and individually.
