Prioritizing Rules: Example #1
In this example, a broad Rule tells the system to direct any Emails to the Subscription Team Inbox. The Rule is broad because it applies to a large Condition set (all Emails). However, how it is prioritized is important because it takes an Action that can conflict with other Rules (Assigning to a Inbox)
NexT RULE EXAMPLE
Prioritizing Rules: Example #2
In this example, the Rule applies the same Action as the previous example. However, it contains an additional Condition (any messages containing the word "cancel"). This Rule is narrower than the previous Rule because of the extra Condition. Because the Action is the same (Assign to an Inbox), the priority in relation to Example #1 is important. This Rule should be placed at a higher priority because of the narrower set of Conditions, but same Action.
