There are some sliced apples, kiwi fruit and strawberries and also some blueberries, blackberries and red currants. For protein, the plate has some boiled egg, a piece of tuna, some chick peas and some dried beans. There are also some walnuts. Finally, for carbohydrates, there is some pasta, cereal and bread. It looks like a delicious plate of food.
