CHE COS' E IL PCTO

Il PCTO (Percorsi per le Competenze Trasversali e per l'Orientamento) è un progetto educativo italiano che sostituisce l'alternanza scuola-lavoro. Introdotto con la Legge 145 del 2018, il PCTO mira a fornire agli studenti delle scuole superiori competenze pratiche e trasversali attraverso esperienze di formazione in contesti lavorativi. Questi percorsi integrano il curriculum scolastico con attività pratiche, aiutando gli studenti a sviluppare abilità utili per il futuro ingresso nel mondo del lavoro e per una maggiore consapevolezza delle proprie scelte professionali.

SICUREZZA SUL LAVORO

La sicurezza sul lavoro è un insieme di pratiche e misure volte a proteggere i lavoratori da infortuni e malattie professionali, con l'obiettivo di creare un ambiente lavorativo sicuro. Uno degli aspetti fondamentali è la valutazione dei rischi, che consente di identificare i potenziali pericoli e di prendere le misure preventive necessarie. La formazione dei lavoratori è essenziale, in quanto permette di educarli sui rischi presenti e sulle corrette misure di sicurezza da adottare. L'uso di dispositivi di protezione individuale (DPI) come elmetti, guanti, occhiali e maschere è cruciale per proteggere i lavoratori dai rischi specifici associati alle loro attività.

Con l'espressione ” Filiera del prodotto” si indica l'insieme dei processi necessari per la produzione di un determinato prodotto. Per prodotto si intende qualsiasi cosa venga realizzata (prodotta) da una persona o da una azienda. Può essere molto semplice e tangibile. come per esempio una penna, o molto più complesso, come un'automobile.Nel campo dell'informatica e delle telecomunicazioni, per prodotto intendiamo qualsiasi sistema con componenti informatiche e/o di telecomunicazioni. Può essere un software. una rete di computer, un insieme di applicazioni, un sito web e cosi via.Come tutti i prodotti, questi sistemi vengono progettati, realizzati,venduti e utilizzati dagli utenti.

Con il progetto Erasmus + ho avuto la possibilità di effettuare un alternanza-scuola lavoro a Malaga in Spagna. E' stata un esperienza bellissima che mi ha permesso di crescere a livello culturale, personale e professionale. Durante il mio soggiorno ho lavorato come front-end developer presso l'azienda Arrabal-AID occupandomi del settore dell'istruzione.

Durante il mio periodo di PCTO, ho avuto l'opportunità di approfondire il framework Bootstrap, imparando come utilizzare la sua griglia responsive e le sue componenti per la creazione di layout moderni e funzionali. Attraverso esercitazioni pratiche e la realizzazione di progetti guidati, ho acquisito competenze nella progettazione di interfacce web che si adattano efficacemente a diverse dimensioni di schermo e dispositivi.
