- Log into Workday
- Click on the image of your avatar in the upper right and select View Profile
- Click Career on the list on the left sidebar
- Select the Job Information tab.
- All your Job Information will be displayed on your profile including Job Family, Job Profile, Job Level, Leadership Capability Organization Level

Work with your team to set individual and development objectives early in the year and check in regualry to assess progress and offer support when things shift.

Work with your direct to find a regular time to connect on career development. Some managers have monthly check ins, others connect quarterly. Our enineering teams engage in a Career Development Forum to support one another with development.
