We take a team approach that allows us to create a single point of contact for any business issue. Business Planning typicaly involves working hands on with your CPA and Attorney to ensure every decision is reviewed from a legal, financial and taxation perspective.

Review Your Preliminary Plan

We meet with clients to understand their business and goals.

• How is the business structured? Who owns it?
• Are there key employees where if something were to happen to them it would crush the business?
• What are you looking to accomplish?
• Plan your exit? Expand?

Implement the plan and conduct at-least quarterly touch points until goals are achieved.

Review recommendations with the business owner to form a preliminary plan. Begin the process of formalizing timeline and budget to achieve goals.

Present the business owner final plan based on recommendations and set expectations for implementation.

Based on information collected, we examine the data for the biggest issues that could hurt the business from achieving the goals of the owner. With this information we design a discussion draft of strategies to address the issues.
