Assigning an Engineer to an Existing Job
Follow the steps below to allocate an existing job to an engineer.
1. On the timeline of the engineer that you would like to allocate the job to, select an amount of time. An options menu will appear. Select Allocate to Existing Job.

2. Easily filter through jobs by entering customer details such as their name or address. 3. Tick the checkbox to Include Repeatable jobs in your search. 4. Select More Options for more filter options.
5. When you're ready, select Search. You can select Reset to start your search criteria again.

The initial allocate screen presents you with the last 15 jobs created for your depot.
6. The list of jobs will refresh when you select Search.
Select Manage Columns to open/hide the columns that appear.

Follow the steps below to allocate an existing job to an engineer.
Select the title of the column to sort the job by ascending order. Click on the title again to sort the job by descending order.
Press Ctrl and select the title of the column to sort by multiple columns. Numbers will appear beside the title to signfiy that this is enabled. By pressing Shift and selecting the title, you can remove this filter.

The colours beside the Job Number provide more information:
- Any parts on order is indicated by an amber diagonal strip. - All parts available is indicated by a green diagnoal strip. - No parts allocated or on order is indicated by no strip.

7. Once you've found the job, double click anywhere on the line to allocate it to the engineer.
A pop up will appear notifying you that the schedule has been created and the job will appear on the engineers timeline.

You can change the order of how the columns appear by selecting the title of the column and dragging it to your desired position.
