This is the pastoral office where student support staff are, including your Head of Year.

This is where the buses wait inside the bus park. You will only be allowed here when getting on and off a bus. You should not use this entrance for coming into school unless getting off a bus.

This is the snack shack. You can get food here at break and lunchtime.

This is the canteen. You can sit and eat in here at break and lunchtime.

Welcome to Manningtree High School! This is the main entrance to the school.

This is the main hall. You will have some assemblies & other events in here.

This is the English block. You will have your English lessons here.You will queue here quietly for your teacher to take you to your English lesson.

This outside corridor leads to MFL and art. Please walk on the left!

Here are some of the PE changing rooms. Your teacher will tell you which ones you will need to use.

This is the entrance to the Music block.

There is plenty of space for everyone on the field at break and lunch time (when it is dry).This is also where we line up in our tutor group, in alphabetical order, if we have a fire bell.

This is the large sports hall where you may have your PE lesson. You may also have an assembly or an exam in here.

You can come into school and leave school via these gates at the start and end of the school day. The gates close at 8.25 and 3.15 so if you need to enter/leave after these times you need to go to the front school office entrance.

This is the IT technician's office where our fantastic team can help you with anything IT related such as helping you with your computer log-in.

This is the Hub. It is a place for some students to work with our pastoral team when needed.

These are the gates to the bus park. You should only go through these if you are getting off on on to a bus. There will be a member of staff there to help if needed.

This is the office of our Deputy Headteacher for Safeguarding: Miss Thurlow. There may be times when she will speak with you about any concerns you have.

Here is the library desk where you can ask for help finding a book or take out/return a book.

Inside of the libraryYou will come here with some of your classes and can use it for quiet reading & work at break/lunch times.

This is the outdoor canopy. You can sit under here before school, at break and lunchtime. Please use the bins for your rubbish!

This is called the MUGA (multi-use games area) where you will do some sports during PE. Your year group will be told when they can use it at break time and lunch time.

This is the small sports hall. You will have some PE lessons in here and maybe an assembly.

These are temporary rooms for some design and technology lessons. You will need to follow instructions on how to get to them safely.

These are the main toilets.

Here are the food technology cooking rooms. You will have the opportunity to cook in year 7&8 and even more if you take it in key stage 4.

This is where you can speak to someone in the main office. Knock and wait for someone to come and see you.

This is the first aid room.

This is the side entrance to the school. You can only enter and exit when there is a member of staff here. You will access the main PE hall and some other classes through this gate.

This is the construction classroom.

This is the staffroom. Students are not allowed to go in here.

This is one of our computer rooms. We also use Chromebooks in class.

This is the canteen seating area. You can sit in here at break and lunchtime to eat.
