My city is small, but there are many things to do...
La cafetería / El cine Todas las semanas voy a la cafetería con mis amigas. Allí hablamos de muchas cosas, bebemos café y comemos tarta. Después siempre vamos al cine.
I go every week with my friends to the cafeteria. There, we chat about many things, drink coffe and eat cake. After that, we always go to the movies.
La carnicería / La pescadería Los lunes, voy a la carnicería a comprar alitas de pollo y filetes de cerdo. Los jueves voy a la pescadería a comprar mi pescado favorito: la merluza.
On mondays, I go to the butcher shop to buy chicken wings and pork steaks. On thursdays, I go to the fish store and I buy my favourite fish: hake.
El supermercado Normalmente, los fines de semana voy al supermercado a comprar alimentos como pasta, legumbres, aceite, mermelada...
Normally, on the weekends, I go to the supermarket to buy food like pasta, legumes, oil, jam...
La tienda de ropa Los viernes por la tarde voy al centro comercial y veo algunas tiendas de ropa. A veces también voy a la frutería o al banco a pagar mis facturas.
On friday afternoon, I go to the mall and I check some clothes stores. Sometimes I also go to the fruit store or to the bank to pay my bills.
La oficina de correos Mañana por la mañana tengo que ir a correos a recoger un paquete que mi madre me ha enviado.
Tomorrow morning I have to go to the post office to pick up a package that my mom has sent me.
La biblioteca Cuando tengo que estudiar para mis exámenes de la universidad, siempre voy a la biblioteca. Allí hay siempre mucha gente estudiando.
When I have to study for my university exams, I always go to the library. There are always many people there studying.
La heladería Me gusta mucho ir a la heladería algunos sábados. Mi helado preferido es el de chocolate y fresa.
I love going to the icecream store some saturdays. My favorite icecream is chocolate and strawberry.
