- Does the presentation flow, and are the Engaging Practices sequenced?
Phase 1
The first team shares an overview of their project detailing any area they are not sure about. The other members will listen and take notes. 10 minutes
Phase 2
Members of the team will ask clarifying questions of the presenters, and the presenters will answer. These are questions that can be answered in one word (yes, no, #).5 minutes
Phase 3
Members of the team will ask probing questions around the presentation's alignment to the MNPS PD Rubric. Presenters will answer as appropriate and take notes on the questions. 5 minutes
Phase 4
Consultancy members will discuss what they've heard, providing affirmations and suggestions. Presenters will listen and take notes to consider later.10 minutes
Phase 5
Presenters will share their notes from the discussion and any new insights that the discussion provided. If they've uncovered some additional needs for the presentation, they might discuss them, too. 5 minutes
- Initial Sharing of Presentation: 10 minutes
- Clarifying Questions from Team: 5 minutes
- Probing Questions from Team: 5 minutes
- Team Discussion: 10 minutes
- Presenting Team Insights: 5 minutes
Phase 6
Switch roles and repeat.
