Step 2:
Assign Class A routes: Assign all routes that have 'TRAILER' in the Shipment Name to a Class A Driver. Type the driver's name into the 'Truck' column. Enter the Planned Hours into the corresponding day for that driver in the driver schedule section.

Step 3:
Change the cell color for Class A routes to match cell AK1. That's easiest done by using Format Painter. For an example of how to do this, watch the gif above.

Step 4:
Assign Class B Routes: Using the same method as seen in Step 2 , assign all non-trailer routes.

Step 5:
If there are available warehouse hours and you have drivers who want hours, you can add them in those spots highlighted in orange.

Step 6:
To help drivers meet hours, you can add them to a route as a helper by highlighting the section in blue as demonstrated above. The hours assigned to the helper should match the hours of the route they are riding along with.

Step 7:
When assigning hours, make sure to account for the extra hours of an overnight. Mentally take 10 hours off the route before deciding if the driver needs more hours for the week.

Step 8:
8. Fill in any remaining days as Off and change the cell color to Yellow. Note that on this schedule, 4/6 was a commonly taken holiday, so no routes were scheduled.
