A tied fly

During this PgCert I lost my father Allan to demenita. He was a fantastic educator and writer. He was also a fisherman. This is one of his old fly boxes which he would have kept tied flys which he made. I have used the box to hold my cabinet of curiosities. When I showed this to my brother he said: 'Dad would be chuckling with joy looking down and seeing that. I could imagine if he was with us that would be something he would keep inside his coat to marvel at' (McCartan, P, 2024)
