Congratulations on finishing medical school! not many people get this far! As im sure you know, your job is to listen to what patients have to say about their condition, and correctly diagnose them in accordance of their symptoms, then you will decide the level of care that they need.

This is also known as, "Triage". Since its your first day, we have set up some files to help you correctly diagnose patients. In each file there will be a list of symptoms that you have to match to your patients symptoms, as well as a colored circle in the bottom left to help you determine how urgently the patient needs care

When a patient comes up to the desk, you will first listen to their symptoms from the patient themself and then check the computer on your right for an organized list.

then click on the files and try to match the disease to the patient. If correct, you will move on to deciding when care the patient needs.
