1. Colombo
Bilbao-colombo
At 1:00 take the bus in Bilbao to Madrid. At 8:30 take the flight to Colombo in Madrid. At 2:55 take the rented car in the airport. At 9:30 take dinner at curry pot. Sleep at the Havelock City Hostel
2. Silver Temple

Get up early, start the rute at 7:00 and arrive there at 9:00. Spend all the morning at the temple and have lunch at a the Golden Palace Restaurant. Then, take the car again and go towards Dambulla and stay the afternoon there. Eat the dinner at the mili's restaurant and then go to Sigiriya. Arrive to Sigiriya and sleep at the Amelia Resort Hotel.
3. Sigiriya

Wake up at Sigiriya, and visit the famous rock. Then, Polonnaruwa and have lunch there. At the Tree Hut restaurant. Then, return to Sigiriya and have free time. Have dinner at street food stats. And return to the same hotel.
4. Kandy

Wake up early and go towards Matale. See the botanic garden and have lunch there. Then take the car again and go to Kandy. Visit Kandy and stay all the afternoon there. Eat dinner at the Vito Wood Fired Pizza Restaurant. Finally sleep at the Apple Sara Home Stay.
5. Yala

Wake up and take the car to go to the Yala National Park. Passing through Ella, with beutiful forests. Arrive at the National Park, eat there at street stalls at Yala and then, go inside the safari. Spend the whole afternoon inside the safari. Go to Tissamaharama. Have dinner at the Tissa Hotel and sleep.
6. Galle

Wake up at Tissamaharama and go to Galle.Eat in Galle, in the Elita Restaurant. Afternoon at Galle and take the car and go toward Beruwala. Dinner at Beruwala, at the hotel Sumal Villa and sleep there too.
7. Bilbao

Wake up early and go to Colombo.Take the car and go to Colombo. Leave the rented car.Then, take the flight to Madrid. Take the bus to Bilbao and our trip will finish.

When?
In the first day we are going to eat kukul and curry at curry pot at night at 21:00
Kukul and curry
It is a slow-cooked beef soup. It usually have cardamom, chili, curry, lime and coconut milk. In most of the times it is eaten with rice and roti, the typical Sri Lankan bread.
When?
In the 4th day we are going to eat kottu at the Sangraha Restaurant at lunch.
Kottu
Kottu is a traditional food in Sri Lankan made with pieces of roti, mixed with vegetables, meat or fish, eggs and spices like curry and chili. Everything is cooked on a hot griddle, resulting in a tasty and spicy mixture.
When?
In the 6th day we are going to eat kokis at the hotel sumal villa at dinner
Kokis
Mixing rice flour, coconut milk, egg, sugar and salt, forming a dough that is fried in oil until a crunchy and golden texture is created, perfect to enjoy on special events
When?
In the 2nd day we are going to eat samosas at Mili's restaurant at dinner
Samosas
Fried dumplings, full of spiced vegetables. In some places there are also versions with meat, but it is usually a vegan dish.

In the 2nd day we are going to eat Pakora at Golden Palace Restaurant at lunch
Pakora
A spongy filling of different vegetables such as spinach, tomato or eggplant. Of course, with onion, curry and other spices and a lot of spice.

In the 3th day we are going to eat pol sambol with rice at the tree hut restaurant at lunch
Pol Sambol
It is a very spicy condiment with coconut but also lemon, salt, onion and different chilies. The coconut is mixed in a kind of mortar with all the hot spices, giving a spicy explosion in the mouth, which is why it is usually served with white rice.

In the 6th day we are going to eat biryani with rice at the Elita's restaurant at lunch
Biryani
Made up of basmati rice mixed with ingredients like vegetables, meat or fish. Different from curries, it has yogurt sauce and dried fruits, as well as spicy spices. It originates from Pakistan and Turkey.

In the 5th day we are going to eat Lamprais at the Tissa hotel at night
Lamprais
Lamprais is a meal with rice cooked in soup, curried meat, Dutch dumplings, vegetables and shrimp paste, all rolled and cooked in a banana leaf.
