Having a growth mindset is paramount to achieving a learning culture at Allianz. It is also the key to your personal development and success as a leader. Your development doesn't stop there once you are appointed as a leader, but rather it is a continuous journey. You must possess the humility and self-awareness to admit that you don’t know it all. A good leader will own their mistakes and recognise their shortcomings. A great leader will actively work to improve them.

Growth Mindset

Develop an action plan with the support of your manager and pursue learning or skill development opportunities that support your goals.

Set goals and milestones aligned with your development areas. To continuously develop your leadership capability, you should use the feedback you received during the interview and assessment process that appointed you into your current role. This should directly feed into your PDP.
