I'd suggest you paint the walls and replace this window.

allotment gazebo summerhouse greenhouse It was a nice allotment with a small greenhouse, a charming gazebo in the centre, and a cozy little summerhouse - a perfect place for gardening and relaxation.
when you want to buy, sell or rent a house
estate agent (BrE) = real estate agent/ realtor (AmE) The estate agent will show us around a new house for sale. owner
The mansion is in the hands of a private owner. mortgage pay off the mortgage
It will take us around 25 years to pay off the mortgage. tenant
landlord/ landlady The landlord and the tenant signed a lease agreement for the rental property. pay the rent I have to find a better-paid job. Otherwise, I won't be able to pay the rent any longer.
