Between two of us

Late nights a few drinks and still furloughed some interesting brainstorming sessions we came up with different and unique categories and designs.we eventually hit 500+ different designs and permutations into the 1000's

NEW WEBSITE

The new version of the website replaces the first attempt Kevin done in Lockdown!

• Now on a proper hosting platform instead of NAS drive under Kevs Desk.
• The latest Prestashop release instead of limited to the platform given by the NAS drive.
• All products recrafted and manually generated.

Increase Collection

We have already started with Motorbike section but looking at other areas to expand the designs into including Agricultrual and Motorhomes

Grow Social Media

TikTok, Instagram, YouTube sharing content from our cuts and installations and interacting more with competitions.

New styling & mockups

When we built the site we wanted to get it up and running as fast as possible so designs were just uploaded! Kev's skills in Photoshop had improved and was able to manipulate mockups!

New website and product videos now updated and begin creation ready for the new site due now Q3 of 2024

750k visits & Social Media

Growth on social media and Google Merchant now means we see a constant flow of traffic and hit 750k unique visits to the site just 2 years after launching

On The Move

2024 the year of moving

Kev and Ben part ways after 11 years one wedding, one child a dog and bucket load of memories Kev the tenant, best friend, scouting buddy moves out into his own place taking Jurassic Vinyls with him!

And so it begins...

In a pub somewhere in Dorset a vinyl cutter was being sold... In the same Pub was Ben and so a phone call later with Kev a Vinyl Cutter had been purchased.

Hard to believe but in 12 months Kev had managed to work some google magic and had managed to wrangle some hits and our first few organic sales from online.

Jurassic Vinyls was Born

Our blue Dino and Domain was purchased during COVID. Ben got to grips with the cutter and tunning it ready for its full use.Meanwhile Kev launched himself into the world of e-commerce and building a shop site

A Global Pandemic

Who knew a global pandemic would mean both of us would be Furloghed?With an opportunity to build a website and host what was only supposed to be a hobbiest idea... grew into building Jurassic VinylsNeither of us got Covid in the first lock down and dodged that bullut meaning we were able to go live about 4 weeks into building the site and started uploading products!
