Successful candidates will receive a verbal offer followed by a formal written offer.They will also receive a link to complete our Onboarding Roadmap, which provides important information.

The first step is to review our open positions and apply to the specific job(s) you are interested in.Be sure to include details and a resume for your best chance at moving on in the process. husseycopper.com/careers

Once the offer is accepted, all candidates will complete a pre-employment background and drug screen. Some candidates may require additional physcial or medical testing. Once all pre-employment testing is complete a start date will be scheduled.

If selected for the process you will receive a phone interview. Other steps of the interview process may include onsite interview(s), skill assessments, and a tour of the facility.

Steel-toe shoes with metatarsal protection are required. We recommend internal metatarsal protection, but external metatarsal protection is acceptable.

Hard hats, safety glasses, face shields, gloves and other personal protective equipment (depending on your role) will be provided to you once you start.

100 Washington Street Leetsdale, PA 15056-1000 Instructions: All visitors and new hires will park in the front parking lot and check in with our security guards.

LeetsdaleLocated in Leetsdale, PA employees in this facility work in a wide range of careers. From our casting department to shipping, our employees work together to meet our customer needs. Leetsdale is also home to our corporate offices including Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Purchasing, etc.

Eminence BARLocated in Eminence, KY, we are the world's largest producer of bare, tin plated, and silver plated bus bar. Our employees use machines to cut and form to customer specifications. The facility has dedicated management and support services such as Safety, Maintenance and Quality.

Eminence FABLocated adjacent to the Bar mill, produces fabricated parts from bar, sheet and extruded shapes.

Work attendance is a fundamental aspect of professional responsibility and has far-reaching implications for both individual employees and the organization as a whole. Regular and punctual attendance are crucial.

  • Natural temperature fluctuations
  • 550,000 pound gas furnace creates high temperatures for melting metals
  • While the office may be quiet, our facilities have high sound levels
  • Operations positions require walking and standing for long periods of time.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

The safety and well-being of our employees is our number one priority, which is why we provide personal protective equipment (PPE) to all employees working in our manufacturing facilitites. While requirements may vary depending on department/job, these are examples of some of the PPE we use:

  • Hard Hat
  • Hearing Protection
  • Safety Glasses
  • Steel-toe boots with metatarsals
  • Protective coats and cut resistent sleeves
  • Gloves specific to the job

Day 1 Schedule

On your first day we will take the time to get you set up in our systems and provide basic training on safety, quality, environmental, and human resource policies and practices. Provided here is a sample agenda for the day but this may change depending on your position or department assignment.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

If you do not regularly work within the manufacturing side of our facilities, you will need to understand the PPE requirements for the area you will visit prior to entering those departments.

Safety Shoes

Footwear with steel toes and metatarsal guards (internal or external) is essential to protect employees against falling objects. Periodic visitors within the operations areas may need to wear metatarsal covers over regular closed-toe shoes.
