Microsoft 365: Sign into OneDrive

3. Enter the password that you just created and click 'Sign in':

1. In the search bar, type OneDrive then select 'Open':

2. Type in your RGS Email address then click 'Sign in':

6. Click 'Next':

7. Select 'I'll do it later':

4. Select 'OK' to stay signed into all apps:

10. Your OneDrive will then be set up, select 'Open my OneDrive folder':

8. Your personal OneDrive folder will then appear, click 'Next':

9. Continue clicking 'Next':

2. Your email address should automatically populate. Click 'Connect':

1. In the search bar, type Outlook then select 'Open':

3. Then click 'Done':

4. Tick the box to stay signed into all your apps then click 'OK':

Pin both Outlook and Teams to your Taskbar. You should also pin OneNote if you are a Teacher. 1. Search for and open Outlook/ Teams. 2. Right click on the icon in your task bar and select ‘Pin to Taskbar’:
