"Point of Sale" Placard

In addition to package label requirements, a placard MUST be visible at sales venue stating the following: "This product was produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection. This proudct is not intended for resale." If the sales venue is online, this statement must be on the website. If you are selling out of your home, place the placard in your home. This placard and complete label are what meets the "informed end consumer" requirement.
