We flew with Air France from Barajas to Cork Airport. It took us 6 hours and 45 minutes, arriving at 10:05 and departing at 15:50. We are going to spend 403 euros per person.

We are Staying at Hayfield Manor hotel, right in the center of Cork, just a ten-minute walk from University College Cork and St. Finbar's Cathedral. Additionally, this 5-star hotel is 9.3 km from Blarney Stone and 9.5 km from Blarney Castle. The price is 527 euros per person, per night, all-inclusive.
