Completed for every day of the lottery week

Please review your Inventory log to ensure that both the returned and added instant ticket books have been accurately recorded in their respective designated areas.

Inspect each bin thoroughly, noting the quantity of remaining tickets for every game per value, and document this information accurately in the appropriate space on the inventory tracking log.

Calculate the ticket totals for each ticket value by summing up the ticket totals within each denomination (e.g., $1, $5, $10, etc.), and document this total in the Totals section of the inventory log.

Calculate the Grand Total by summing up all the ticket totals.

Select ReportsSelect Invoices Select closest date to your current date (top left option) The system will generate two slips, which will then be attached to the other inventory documentation

Select Instant Game FunctionsSelect Detailed Inventory Press Send Press Print twice Attach the report to the other inventory documentation.

Once you have finished both the Daily Instant Ticket Tracking log and Inventory Log, it's time to print the Invoice and Instant Inventory reports, which will be attached to the documentation logs for submission with your nightly drop.
