  • What are some fun ways we can engage our customers during Config?
  • What else should you each be doing to ensure you will successfully achieve you Config goals?
Actions you can take:
  • Create a FigJam to brainstorm fun and engaging customer interactions

Objective: Define what your team wants to achieve during Config.Examples of questions to ask (you do NOT need to ask all of them):

  • What does success look like for you at the end of Config?
  • Which Config sessions are you each planning to attend?
Actions you can take:
  • Encourage your team to have 2-3 SMART goals
  • Encourage your team to attend sessions for their personal learning and development

  • How can this team support you?
  • What else do you feel you need to do to be successful at Config?
Actions you can take:
  • Share your calendar with your team to provide transparency and take meeting for them
  • Offer to reach out to customers or make introductions (internally or externally)
