When we are 90% certain something is true.

Present

SUBJECT + MUST + infinitive verb + COMPLEMENTS

Example: She must be good at Maths because she always gets a 10.

1. Must + Infinitive verb

When we are 50% possibility that something is true (or not).

Example: She may (not), might (not), could be good at Maths, but I don't really know.

Present

SUBJECT + MAY (NOT), MIGHT (NOT), COULD + INFINITIVE VERB (without 'to') + COMPLEMENTS

2. May (not) + infintive verb might (not) + infinitive verb could + infinitive verb

When we are 90% certain something is not true.

Present

SUBJECT + CAN'T + INFINITIVE VERB (without 'to') + COMPLEMENTS

Example: She can't be good at Maths because her marks are always bad.

3. Can't + infinitive verb

When we are 100% certain something is/isn't true, we don't use modal verbs of speculation and deduction. Example I know she's good at Maths
