SOUTH AFRICA
The project takes place in Ennerdale, one of the most deprived neighborhoods in the city of Johannesburg. The objective is to provide a space for preventing violence in the neighborhood and empowering on issues such as HIV/AIDS, prevention of early pregnancies, or violence in the family and community environment.

SIERRA LEONE - FREETOWN
The project consisted of promoting sports along with the arts and music as tools for developing the social, educational, and artistic capacities of Freetown youth.
Results
- Construction of a multifunctional sports center at Diamond Child School.
- Development of a program that combines sports with the introduction to music (singing and instrumental) among young people from the most resource-limited communities.
- Training of teachers in developing an annual sports program in the school and with other nearby schools.

DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO - GOMA
The project has been carried out in collaboration with the Brothers of Charity, through the construction and development of the "Socio-Educational and Professional Training Center for People with Disabilities" which professionally serves the adult population and promotes social integration through sports.

The project aimed to promote baseball and softball among economically disadvantaged youth in the province of Barahona, as a process of social and educational integration. Baseball is the most popular sport among young people, while softball is primarily targeted at female participation.
Results
- Equipment and strengthening of school leagues through baseball and softball, introducing activities that allow young people to develop life skills.
- Provision of high-quality equipment to three local schools.
- Provision of new computer equipment to the parish of Cristo Rey as a reference point for coordinating the entire sports-educational program.

SIERRA LEONE - NORTH
The project aims to reinforce basic psychosocial and healthcare in the northern communities affected by the war, promoting sports as a reconciliation tool at the community level alongside counseling workshops.

The project aimed to support the food security of producing households in the Tigray region. Sports have served as a meeting and collaboration element among participating families to optimize resources and increase productivity.

EL SALVADOR - SANTA ANA
The project aims to prevent young people from entering violent environments, gangs, and crime. For this purpose, sports have served as a reference point in the youth community to grow in a healthy environment and avoid contact and exposure to the streets. The project aimed to promote educational sports in schools, especially reinforced during vacation periods through summer camps for underprivileged youth.
Results
- Construction of a sports center at Wukro School, including a multifunctional court and children`s recreational spaces.
- Training of monitors and educators in using sports as a tool for cohesion and life skills development among Wukro community schools.
- Promotion of the school sports program and accessible summer camps for underprivileged youth, including organizing long-distance popular races in the locality.

EL SALVADOR - SAN SALVADOR
The project has developed a sports program in three schools in San Salvador to prevent young people from entering gang, violence, and crime environments. Special emphasis has been placed on strengthening the network of street educators, providing them with leadership tools through sports.

- Construction of a sports center with two artificial grass football fields at the main educational and community center of San Salvador.
- Promotion of the educator network and a rotating leadership mechanism through sports in different educational spaces.
- Championship program involving schools and public-private entities aimed at raising awareness against drug and alcohol abuse and entry into violent environments.

Creation of a sports program mainly aimed at women alongside the Government of Western Sahara. Support for designing a national strategy to improve sports practice fully incorporated into the school curriculum, using the Wilaya of Smara as a pilot experience.

The project was developed in Ciudad Bolívar, located on the geographical and social periphery of Bogotá. It promoted a network of transformative leaders who favored the insertion processes of young people coming out of the guerrilla, and prevention of violence, crime, and substance abuse.

- Construction of a sports track at the Juan Bosco Obrero center and constructive reinforcement of the training center.
- Strengthening of a network of community leaders for the rehabilitation of young people coming out of the armed conflict.

CAMEROON - ENVIRONMENT
The "Football for Environment and Community Health" program aimed to promote football and educational activities as tools for environmental education and health promotion in the school and community environment.

- Training of 60 educators and social workers in the Red Deporte methodology in sports to promote the environment and community health.

The "Football for Health" program aimed to promote football in Bertoua schools as a tool for preventing HIV, malaria, and basic health and hygiene. The Red Deporte program won the "FIFA Legends" award, with a visit from Samuel Eto`o.

The project has aimed to promote sports and educational activities, focusing especially on musical skills as a normalizing element of coexistence and relationships between schools in the Gumbo community.

- Construction of a children`s sports and recreation park at the main Gumbo community school.
- Provision of material and instruments to develop a coexistence program around music and sport, aimed at boys and girls from around the Gumbo school.
- Promote a skills development program through sports and music.

HAITI
The project takes place in the Jean Rabel community, located in the northern part of the country. Haiti is a country of extreme poverty, often affected by natural disasters. The project ensures access to housing for families in the most precarious situations and education on basic health issues and life skills.
Results:
- Construction of 20 houses for families with fewer resources, three water cisterns, and a multi-sports court in the Jean Rabel community.
- Promotion of sports among schools in Jean Rabel to strengthen the empowerment processes of girls against child labor and abuse situations.
- Development of championship schemes and training sessions through football, basketball, and athletics.

MADRID - PILAR NEIGHBORHOOD
The intervention by Red Deporte, initiated in 2023, is developed through two main lines: promoting the educational improvement of children from families in the neighborhood, with a high intercultural component, and promoting the employability of young people in vulnerable situations.

- Socio-educational support through the "afternoon study and sports" program, which offers academicreinforcement and sports training three afternoons a week.
- Employability program based on the development of interpersonal skills and job search techniques.
- Reinforcement of the participation of girls and adolescents in sports activities, focusing on empowerment and equality through sports and educational workshops.

- Development of awareness activities aimed at promoting the fight against poverty, mainly in sports environments and schools in Spain.

Humanitarian assistance project for victims of the conflict in Kivu, focusing on children and youth. The project provided a home for young people, a mental health clinic, sports facilities, a dispensary, and water and sanitation solutions to promote community reconstruction.

ANGOLA - LUANDA
The project took place in Luanda, the capital of the country, with the aim of promoting the integration of youth living in precarious situations in the Lixeira neighborhood. For this purpose, a network of four multi-sports centers has been built near the market, serving as educational and social reference points. From these centers, basic integration of street youth has been promoted.
