Collaboration with Student Support team would help increase visibility of WLS with student body, increasing awareness of support available - in order to promote student proactiveness and awareness of services available
Enhance presence of WLS team within centerThis would help promote a holistic student-centered approach in order to enhance the smooth progression of students who need additional support

The aim of this objective is to continue and enhance students' empowerment by continuing to develop their independence and nurturing their ability to take initiative The aim is to promote success beyond their time at the ISC and increase registration by helping students adjust to studying at HE level in the UK

- Accessing PASS Coach GTKYM/Meetings/Attendance student details for full student picture
- Engaging in pre-PRW welfare checks taking into account attendance and progression
- Focusing on purpose of wellbeing and welfare - prepare students for HE
- Focus on progression expectations and goals for students
- Planning all wellbeing events for the academic year by cohort
- Ensuring consistency between September and January cohorts

Increase collaboration with PASS Team and Enrichment and Transition team to increase awareness of student body
- In collaboration with Enrichment & Transition team, organise regular wellbeing events/drop-ins to increase presence and visibility of WLS among students
- Continue taking advantage of skills of Student Support Team - e.g. crafting
- Take advantage of locations of the 3 campuses to organise walks around Leeds
- Increase collaboration with PASS Team in PASS SOW
- Use programme to increase visibility of team
- Build WLS team awareness of SOW
Increase awareness of support Welfare and Learning Support team can offer students and how students can benefit from engaging with support
- Offer Welfare drop-ins for Reg&Ops and academic staff to discuss student concerns
- Engage with academic teams to improve WLS teams' awareness of most stressful periods for students
- Drop-in in other teams' sessions - e.g. Progression Tracking - and increase visibility during PRW week and 'Not on Track' meetings
- Extra space on campuses can help promote focus on connecting UoL students, promoting community
- Take advantage of UoL events and presence of students on campus to promote the visibility of LSMP to students and promote its accessibility
