MINI PANCAKES RECIPE

Who doesn't like pancakes?And chocolate?So... let's make a super easy recipe!!!Are you in?

• 1 cup of flour
• 1 + 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• a pinch of salt
• 3/4 cup of milk
• 1 Large egg
• 2 tablespoons of melted (and cooled) butter
• chocolate spread
• strawberries
• banana

PROCEDURE

1. In one bowl, mix together flour, the pinch of salt, the baking powder and the sugar
2. In the other bowl, mix together the milk, the egg and the butter. Then, add the other bowl mixture and stir.
3. Preheat the pan and drop the pancake mix until holes appear in the mix.
4. Flip the pancakes and cook until they are golden.
