Create Campaigns in Communicate

This clickable walkthrough will take you through the process of creating campaigns in Communicate as an administrator

Begin by adding a + New Campaign on the Communicate Campaign Table

In this scenario, we'll have a worker receive an email campaign created in Communicate. We'll begin by using the product as an Administrator to create the campaign

First, we need to type a name for the campaign and decide whether this will be sent via email or SMS. Click the New Campaign box

Click the type a segment name field

This is the campaign editor. We need to select the recipients of this campaign. You can choose to send to a segment of workers of specific individuals. Let's send this to the All Worker segment

Click Generate

Great! We also added an email subject line. Now its time to craft our message. We can type if from scratch, use a template or generate via the help of Fountain AI

Click Write a prompt

With the Generate via AI option, we can either select a topic or write a prompt. There isn't a topic for a holiday email so let's try writing a prompt
