Il vous encouragera à en apprendre davantage sur les énergies renouvelables et les services énergétiques connexes qui restent entre les mains des citoyens et des municipalités, et vous incitera à mettre en place des collaborations avec les communautés énergétiques. Il couvre les principales questions que les financiers peuvent se poser avant de financer des projets d'énergie communautaire.

Le financement de l'énergie communautaire est cohérent d'un point de vue commercial :
- Il aide la banque à atteindre ses objectifs environnementaux, sociaux et de gouvernance (ESG) et renforce sa réputation en matière de services bancaires durables.
- Il réduit le risque du portefeuille de la banque, les projets énergétiques communautaires se révélant régulièrement moins risqués que les projets conventionnels, c'est-à-dire qu'ils suscitent moins d'opposition locale et qu'ils sont de plus petite taille, donc plus faciles à gérer et à autoriser.
- Dans de nombreux cas, il s'agit d'un investissement stable soutenu par des tarifs ou des primes de rachat d'électricité.

Passer à l'action
- Présenter les résultats de l'(auto)évaluation sur le genre à toutes les parties concernées.
- Définir les objectifs et les résultats en matière d'égalité entre les femmes et les hommes pour l'organisation visée.
- Définir les actions nécessaires en fonction des lacunes et des problèmes identifiés dans l'évaluation sur le genre.
- Identifier les responsabilités organisationnelles, le calendrier et l'affectation des ressources.
- Convenir d'un protocole de suivi et d'évaluation (S&E) avec des indicateurs et des objectifs intégrant la dimension de genre pour suivre les performances des activités, des produits et des résultats.
- Mettre en œuvre le GAP et le protocole de suivi et d'évaluation.
Après l'analyse des problèmes, l'étape suivante est le développement d'un plan d'action pour résoudre les problèmes identifiés. Plusieurs stratégies peuvent être développées pour adresser les problématiques de traitement intéquitable ou de discriminations dans les processus comme le recrutement, l'évaluation de la performance ou les évolutions de carrières, le management, la communication ou la culture générale au sein de votre communauté énergétique. Un Plan d'Action Genre (Gender Action Plan ou GAP) est un plan pour proposer des stratégies qui contribueront à l'intégration de la dimension de genre ou à faire de la dimension de genre un aspect transversal avec d'autres objectifs.

- Faites des hommes vos alliés ! Impliquez-les dans des discussions sur le genre ou lors d'échanges sur l'empowerment des femmes
- Suivez le mouvement HeForShe initié par UNWomen pour amener les hommes et personnes de tous genres à être solidaires avec les femmes

Policy recommendations
In this report we are taking a closer look at the context for energy communities in SCCALE 203050 pilots countries. These projects are all corresponding to the Energy Communities definitions outlined in the Clean Energy for All Legislative Package. We will be using cases and stories from our project and network to show what works well at the moment and what still needs further improvement to unleash the full potential of community energy. Par où commencer ?
Les données ventilées par sexe sont essentielles dans la plupart des méthodologies. Cela peut être la première étape pour cartographier d'autres dimensions interconnectées telles que : la classe socio-économique, la race, l'ethnicité, la religion, l'âge, et/ou le handicap, c'est-à-dire pour des données intersectionnelles ventilées par sexe. Réaliser une analyse de genre est le point de départ pour développer des interventions visant à lutter contre les inégalités de genre. Elle vise à identifier les différences entre et parmi les femmes et les hommes en termes de position relative et de répartition des ressources, des opportunités, des contraintes et du pouvoir dans un contexte donné.
- Collecter les données disponibles, ce qui signifie souvent que des données ventilées par sexe doivent être compilées, tout en considérant et en organisant les données en fonction des dimensions intersectionnelles.
