A problematic clock model
It’s problematic because the clock in question is not numbered, so we don’t know which of the time marks corresponds to 12, and the three hands are of identical lengths.
However, this does not prevent us from using logic to figure out what time it is.

A problematic clock model
Solution
Let A, B, C be the clock hands.
If we assume that B is the minute hand, then the clock would read 4:50 and the hour hand would be about to reach 5 o'clock. So we know that the time is 4:50. But we don’t know whether it’s morning or afternoon.
