Success Plan

• Define the escalation path for 2 situations.

• Who would you involve internally (e.g., Success team, Payroll team)?

• Craft a communication plan and plan to maintain the client and team informed throughout the resolution process.

• Make a copy of the Deck template

• Working with your buddy/manager, get them to give you one of their clients

• Research that client via Gainsight, Looker LinkedIn and Deel

• Put together a Success Plan deck

• Role Play with your buddy/manager in the next week

• Get feedback from them on what went well, and where to improve

• Identify specific actions you would take to demonstrate the Golden Deel principles and improve Clients overall experience.
