4. COMMON PRODUCT

1. Project Goals

With this project we intended to encourage younger children to study science, promote thinking and the scientific method. Two experiments were carried out per month in order to promote in children the appropriation of the process of development of scientific methodology in its different stages: questioning, hypothesizing, predicting, how to find answers, experimenting and collecting information, organizing and analysing information to reach conclusions and communicate them.

CALENDAR 2024

We prepared the new year calendar, which includes information about scientists on every page, with the participation of all partners.

Common story written and illustrated by all the children who took part in the project.

5. ACTIVITIES

EACH MONTH 2 EXPERIMENTS WERE CARRIED OUT IN THE CLASSROOMS. THEY ALWAYS HAVE A BASE THEME - AIR, WATER, MAGNETS AND NATURE.

5.1 JanuaryWATER

Experiences with water play a fundamental role in the integral development of preschool children. These activities stimulate motor and sensory development, promote curiosity and exploration, improve coordination and balance, foster socialization and interaction, enrich the understanding of basic physics concepts, stimulate creativity and imagination, and contribute to environmental education.

5.2 FEBRUARYAIR

Air is an essential element for the healthy development of children. Exploring it through hands-on experiences encourages curiosity, creativity, and understanding of the world around you. Through sensory exploration, children are allowed to experience air through their senses, such as touch, vision and hearing.

5.3 MARCHMAGNETS

Practical experiences with magnets awaken the natural curiosity of preschool children, stimulating their cognitive and motor development. By exploring magnetic properties, they learn key physics concepts in a fun and engaging way

5.4 APRIL NATURE

Connecting with nature during preschool age is fundamental to a child's healthy development. At this stage, children learn through exploration and interaction with the natural environment, developing important skills such as creativity, problem solving and empathy.Solving challenges and investigating natural phenomena encourages critical thinking and problem solving.
