Gravitational force: The force of attraction between two objects with mass, such as the force that keeps the Moon orbiting the Earth or the force that keeps us on the Earth's surface.
Examples
These forces act between two objects without there being direct physical contact between them. They are the result of physical fields, such as the gravitational, magnetic or electric field.
Non- Contact forces:
Friction force: When you push a book on a table, you feel resistance that opposes the movement. This resistance is the fore of friction, which arises from contact between the rough surfaces of the book and the table.

These forces manifest when two objects interact directly through physical contact. The magnitude and direction of these forces depend on the properties of the objects and the nature of the contact between them.
