'' Success is not achieved only with special qualities. It is above all a work of perseverance, method, and organization.'' (Jean-Pierre Sergent)

Thank you very much for being part of the Abba team. We are a team that together we are sowing the seed in this generation. Love, faith and knowledge. As teachers we have an important role in the classrooms and with our students, we see beyond classroom management, the activities, strategies to use, it is to leave a mark in the heart of each student so that they can always have those solid foundations in all theire academic training. Thanks to you who are willing to have training and also have fundamentals in teaching. Thank you for making great efforts in the classroom. Thank you for your effort, commitment, and the implementation of each of the strategies described in this manual.

Establishment of rules

3. During classes we respect the participation, turns, and we listen carefully to our classmates. Pay attention and indicate raising your hand to monitor participation. 4. We respect all members of the educational community, demonstrating positive attitudes and using appropriate language. As a teacher if you hear or see someone talking or acting inappropriately it will draw the student's attention. In more serious cases, talk to the principal and parents. 5. We are responsible with delivering assignments on time. There may be some flexibility, depending on the situation but not always. 6. We make correct use of educational facilities. I don't stain the walls, I put the trash in the right place, I help keep the living room clean and tidy.

When we mention members of an educational community, they are teachers, students and parents. Together we can ensure healthy coexistence and regulation in the educational institution.

1. We establish a defined time to arrive at school on time.(Punctuality is important. Therefore, if the student arrives late, it is necessary to know the reason since we all know the school schedule). 2. We wear uniforms correctly, which makes us maintain unity, showing respect and seriousness to our educational center. First-time students are given a deadline so they can have the complete uniform.

Description of processes

4. Homework Delivery

The tasks will be deposited in a labeled container after reviewing the agenda. Mockups and larger presentations will be reviewed on the teacher's desk.

2. Announcements and agenda

Coexistence between classmates from other classrooms. 3

Common issues

Maintain an active and positive attitude and communication between students from other grades.

Attitudes in the classroom. 1

Actively listen to the student, showing interest in what they say and do.

A positive classroom environment can help students interact and learn from each other, knowing that they all belong in the same place of learning.

This can contribute to solving the problem because by having a positive relationship with students they are more likely to listen and follow expectations.

Reward the effort. 2

Comunicación entre alumnos y docentes.4

Identify positive behaviors that you want to reinforce and establish rewards for them.

Maintain healthy open communication promoting trust without fear of being judged.

This is a great resource so that students do not feel afraid to express the bad things that happen to them and to be able to ask for help without fear. They will know that there are people willing to help.

This system can help motivate the rest of the students and improve their behavior by meeting the desired expectations.

Involve parents in the teaching-learning process. 5

This will help manage bad behavior and achieve academic success as a whole.

Parents are the main driving force in the overall growth of the student. The student will see and feel the interest of his parents as they show help in his learning.
