When we are filing a claim customer must submit a picture/video of the deffective product through the portal.

For units with $700 or lower LOL, request picture/video of the deffective item and escalate the claim to support staff for an inquiry creation

After completing the Verification, Problem Collection, Troubleshooting follow the Portal prompts by clicking "File Claim" customer will receive the Pre-paid shipping label via email to ship their product to the SVC.

  • The following MFGs only provide a 2 Yrs Parts & Labor : Thermador, SubZero, Wolf, Cove & Asco
  • Vicking: 3 Yr or 2Yr Parts & Labor through MFG
  • Bosch Dishwasher, Range & Fridge: Have MFG Extended Coverage. Check MFG Website for details.
  • Miele Appliances:
-Miele appliances can only be serviced by the MFG. -For this MFG perform the Verification, Problem Collection and Troubleshooting, if claim will be covered, referred back to the MFG for service and claim will be processed as reimbursement
  • If customer is located in North California, Send to Scott’s Appliances Repair
  • If customer is located in Florida, Send to FL High End Services

When you are entering the problem when filing the claim, add the "Ring Resize to size ..." on the "Other" box and DO NOT check any other box

  • Power Surge: Coverage begins on Day 1 and is an additional benefit not offered under the manufacturer’s warranty coverage. Examples: brownout, a spike in electrical current, etc.
  • Food Loss: Coverage begins on Day 3 with reimbursement of up to $250 on refrigerated products per calendar year. The customer must provide a receipt for the replacement food they have purchased to be eligible for reimbursement.
  • Laundry Credit: If a washer or dryer is not repaired within (14) days from the dispatch date, the customer is provided up to a $50.00 reimbursement for laundry services over the contract term. The customer simply submits a request for reimbursement to receive a check.

Send video of cord being cut to TLC. TLC will process check once it is received and confirmed.

  • Claims not reported within 30 days of the incident
  • Damage from pets (other than bodily fluids)
  • Peeling, cracking, or color loss on vinyl, leather, or bi-cast leather products
  • Burns and heat marks longer than one inch in length
  • Stains caused by the delivery of the Covered Product(s); stains of unknown origin; stains as a result of acid, bleach, body oils, caustic solutions, dyes, nail polish remover, nail polish, paint, suntan oils, ballpoint ink, cosmetics and wax; fading from sun exposure.
  • Fabric and/or leather that has become faded, worn, or soiled over time from normal everyday use; natural characteristics that cause appearance variations; x-coded fabrics; non-colorfast materials.
  • Furniture displays, pre-owned or “as is” furniture, or furniture used for rental or indoor furniture located in screened rooms where the furniture may be directly or indirectly exposed to the elements; wicker, rattan, and teakwood furniture.
  • Power Surge: Coverage begins on Day 1
  • Food Loss: Coverage begins on Day 3 with reimbursement of up to $500 on refrigerated products per calendar year.
  • Laundry Credit: If a washer or dryer is not repaired within (7) days from the service appointment date, the customer is provided up to a $25.00 reimbursement for laundry services over the contract term.
  • No Lemon Benefit: If a failure occurs (4) times for the same reason, the product will qualify for a replacement or store credit. Claims during the manufacturer’s coverage are not included.
