WP4 Mobility Unity designs, manages and monitors mobility programmes across all Alliance levels, ensuring structured processes, consistent quality, and effective implementation to support inclusive, accessible, and impactful mobility opportunities.

The UNIgreen Diversity & Inclusion Unit is the guardian of the Alliance’s Diversity, Equality, Inclusiveness and Multiculturalism strategy.

The Communication Unit drives UNIgreen’s communication and visibility strategy, promoting its actions, results and values to its various audiences.

ADVISORY BOARD
The UNIgreen Advisory Board gathers representatives from the UNIgreen Academic Community (students, non-teaching staff, teaching staff, and researchers) and Associated Partners. The purpose of this structure is to issue recommendations to the Board of Directors, and to ensure the continuous dialogue between UNIgreen governance and management structures with the Academic Community and with representatives from local Associated Partners and other stakeholders.
DIGITAL TRANSITION UNIT
The Digital Transition Unit leads UNIgreen’s digital transformation, notably through the Virtual Campus, shared digital tools and the development of digital skills.

I&PU is responsible for implementing and managing the UNIgreen Internationalisation Strategy, its global engagement, and support services related to research and other international projects.

TEACHING & LEARNING UNIT
UNIgreen's Teaching and Learning group anchors advanced education to drive transformative progress in sustainable agriculture, biotechnology, and life sciences.

UNIgreen builds on the experience of EU university alliances to link cutting-edge research with lifelong training for students and professionals. Our goal is to support more sustainable agricultural, food, and environmental systems and to equip future professionals with the skills needed to advance the Sustainable Development Goals.
QUALITY COMMITTEE
The Quality Committee is responsible for ensuring the quality, coherence and impact of the actions carried out by the UNIgreen Alliance. It defines and implements monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement processes, relies on performance indicators and feedback mechanisms, and contributes to aligning activities with strategic objectives, European requirements and target audiences.

SCIENTIFIC & PEDAGOGICAL COUNCIL
The UNIgreen Scientific and Pedagogical Council is a hybrid structure that intervenes in all matters related to Teaching & Learning, and Research, Development & Innovation. Among its responsibilities are the selection of subjects and topics covered by the UNlgreen study offer, and the validation of the functioning and organisation of the UNlgreen International Doctoral School.
RESEARCH & INNOVATION UNIT
The Research & Innovation Unit fosters scientific cooperation and joint innovation within UNIgreen to strengthen the impact of research on agricultural and environmental transitions.

JOINT INTERNATIONAL CENTRE
The day-to-day management and implementation of common initiatives falls under the responsibility of the Joint International Centre, which is the UNIgreen operational body. Therefore, it is the central contact point for the Alliance and is directly responsible for the implementation of the Alliance Work Plan through its dedicated Units that work on the different areas of activity of the Alliance.

The UNIgreen Board of Directors is mandated by the Alliance executive leaders (in other words, the UNIgreen General Assembly) and is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Alliance strategic agenda and for advising the strategic and operational structures.

The UNIgreen General Assembly is the highest decision-making body and, as such, brings together the executive leaders (Rectors and Presidents) of the eight institutions that compose the UNIgreen Alliance. The main responsibilities of the UNIgreen General Assembly are to define the overall vision, long-term strategy and general policy of UNIgreen, as well as to accept new members.
