When an instant ticket is removed from your store's instant ticket lottery inventory, it's important to thoroughly complete the removal and documentation process.

You must record in the Removed section of the Inventory Log every instant ticket book marked for removal, including the calculated value of the remaining instant tickets (value of books that have been settled.)

Prepare and package the intant tickets to be returned.

The Daily Instant Ticket Inventory Tracking Log plays an important role in our inventory tracking system. This component of the documentation process monitors each instant ticket bin in your store, ensuring accurate counts and correct details such as game number, pack number, game name, and price.

At the end of each business day, you are required to inspect every instant ticket bin and document the number of the ticket that is next to be sold.

All instant tickets begin with ticket number 000, so during inventory, we need to add 1 to account for the instant ticket labeled as 000.

The task of managing lottery inventory is not designated to a specific individual. Any key holder among the associates in your store who comprehends the process can undertake the responsibility of completing the lottery inventory.

For security purposes, avoid having the same associate complete lottery inventory multiple consecutive days.
