An unealthy lifestyle causes several risks for nutrition: -First of all poor intake of fruit,vegetables and whole grains, as well as an excessive intake of foods with a high sodium content. Also a bad diet can cause symptoms of dehdration, fatigue, headaches, swelling and abdominal pain. -Secondly, a serious problem for people who have bad health can be addiction to smoking and alcohol can lead to addiction, craving, compulsiveness and other behavioral disorders, with particularly significant demage also at a social level.

An unhealthy person can have various problems not only with nutrition but also with a lack of physical education: -When you aren't doing sport;you get fat, but not only that.The brain is less active, you have less strength and endurance -The OMS reccomandations: "Regular physical activity, for example walking, cycling or playing sports, brings significant benefits to health. One of our body's first reactions to a sedentary lifestyle is a less reactive brain and a decrease,initially imperceptible,in concentration and memory levels

Another problem that affects people with unhealthy habits is video game addiction: The risk of excessive use of video games are: - Isolation because video games tend to replace personal and social relationships. -Scholastic difficulties due to time taken away from studying, in fact the concentration is reduced and people become distracted due to the desire to play. -Secondly, you may have feelings of fatigue and difficulty in doing things, migraine for the intense concentration or eye strain.
