Disarm the situation by talking them through the facts of what happened and the solution you have to get them onboarded as quickly as possible.

Escalate to your manager to make sure it is handled appropriately.

Tell them the facility made a mistake and they need to return to get the right immunization ASAP.

You have a consultant onboarding and send them to get their immunizations. When the results come back, you realize they do not have the correct one and will need to return to the facility to get the right one. What do you do?

Test 5

Ask them their work shifts.

Get a SPECIFIC day and time to set the medicals for and confirm that they will be able to make that work.

Ask what day works best.

Say ok I will get back to you towards the end of this week to schedule for next week.

2/3

You ask a candidate when they are available to get their medicals. They respond "next week should work." How do you respond?

Email Support

Reach out to a sales or recruiting manager for assistance.

Say "Sorry...no one is getting raises this year."

Say "Sure, let's get that set up for you"
