You have a consultant onboarding and send them to get their immunizations. When the results come back, you realize they do not have the correct one and will need to return to the facility to get the right one. What do you do?
Tell them the facility made a mistake and they need to return to get the right immunization ASAP.
Escalate to your manager to make sure it is handled appropriately.
Disarm the situation by talking them through the facts of what happened and the solution you have to get them onboarded as quickly as possible.
