General objective.
- Design and develop an interactive and dynamic virtual learning environment for first-grade high school students, with the purpose of significantly improving their English language skills.

04. General goals During our stay
there were 3 mayor goals during our time with thee class
50% of students participated in at least two assigned activities on the Google Classroom platform.
The general average of the students was 8.5 with the exception of the last activity, 72.5.

Three students stand out with punctuality and delivery of work, delivering them on time and in an appropriate manner.
Problems and opportunity areas
Technical Problems with Google Classroom:
The platform where we decided to work (Google Classroom) had certain errors that prevented students from carrying out the assigned activities, or not even allowing them to enter the group.
Lack of Technological Equipment:
Due to the limitations that the school has in technological aspects, we were not always able to present the multimedia content and provide an explanation for the use of virtual tools.
Disparity in Access to Electronic Devices:
Not all students had the facility to have electronic devices, which makes us teachers concerned when trying to figure out how we can get them to participate in the assigned activities.
Limited Internet Connectivity:
Due to the accessibility of the Internet during class time, the use of virtual resources was difficult, causing us to not be able to make a fluid integration to the additional material.

At the end of each class we always used to leave a contact line with the teachers in case of having any questions or problems with the delivery of work.
In case the students could not access the material online, we always attended classes with physical material for the development of the topic seen during the day. In case of having difficulties, the works are usually a source of review at the time.
Final reflections
- Challenges
We have learned that being a teacher will be a great challenge depending on the environment and that to do a good job we must be able to adapt and be creative with our teaching strategies.
- Collaborative learning
Teamwork is a skill that must be worked hard, not only between teachers, but with the group we must know how to collaborate so that we can all learn together.
- Flexibility and adaptability
Learning to adapt to the needs of students is a very important skill and being understanding of the possible situations they may have in case it affects their school life is something that many teachers must learn and understand.
- Exploring educational tools and resources
With the increase in new technologies, the learning style has modernized to the point that many students feel more comfortable with the use of modern tools for their study. As teachers, it is our responsibility to have knowledge and, if necessary, learn how to use them. these tools for the benefit of young people.
- Teacher support
The support that the teacher gave us with this opportunity to practice our skills was very enriching for our student and professional development.

This experience was a great opportunity to develop our professional skills, we learned to develop teaching capabilities through limitations. And a development of flexibility according to the needs of our students. Although during our time of practice, there were notable errors in the development of our teaching, but those are aspects that we will be able to analyze and correct in the future, if we decide to maintain this profession.

Platform activities and qualifications
During the class period, a total of 5 tasks were assigned to the digital platform (Google classrooms) as a complement for the students to carry out during the marked dates.
Reviewing the vocabulary shown in the video, sentences will be created where the vocabulary is applied.
