She believes that meeting Lee in a public place would be safer than her property.
She feels guilty and that she is depriving her son of a parent.
Sasha knows her situation better than anyone else and is fearful of the consequenses if she goes against's Lee's wishes.
Sasha is starting to doubt herself and is now worried that she has blown the situation out of proportion.
Why does Sasha respond in this way?
This is a normal response to Sasha as she is used to placating Lee to prevent the abuse from escalating.
She feels that it is better to stay in contact and know where Lee is, so that she is not looking over her shoulder all the time.
