The aim of these activities is to activate and reinforce the basic sentence and question structures while teaching kids. All the activities are designed as interactive or oral games that practice This / That - These / Those, teach kids to see the difference between singular and plural nouns, and reinforce the correct word order of the sentence.

* One or more 2

* Sentences

Another activity that practices differentiation between singular and plural. This time, the ss pick a number and then T reveals what's underneath and ss make a correct sentence. You can also turn this activity into a team game.

It's a brief visual explanation of demonstrative pronouns. Ask ss to decide what to put into every sentence and explain the rule (if you're doing it as a review - tell ss to explain). This page goes directly to further practice where ss need to fill in the sentences.

* What is it? A / B

Activity A reinforces making correct negative and positive sentences. By clicking the picture the ss see the sentence which is incorrect. They need to negate the information and say what it is. Set B just asks the students to create the correct information related to the picture. By clicking the picture the correct version appears. You can use these activities separately or together depending on the needs of your students. You can also turn them into written activities.

* Questions

T shows the slide with question rules and either shows how the questions are made (click a demonstrative pronoun) or asks ss to explain and then demonstrates the changes. By clicking the question format a question mark will appear at the end of the sentence. The ss go to further practice with questions.

* One or more 1

Categorizing. Ask ss to look at the words and divide them into singular or plural. Ss need to make correct sentences with all the words. Team challenge Divide ss into teams. Ask them to call out the word and the category it matches. They make a sentence and get a point.

* Word scramble

Ss see mixed up elements of the sentence. To see what sentence they are making click the instruction. The sentence in Polish appears. By clicking the words in the correct order they create a sentence. Then check.
