What's the internet?

The term Internet is used to refer to a network of computers interconnected worldwide with the aim of making publicly accessible information common. This network uses a common language for communication between devices.

The Computer scientists Vinton Cerf and Bob Kahn are credited with inventing the Internet on January 1, 1983

The first website did not arrive until 1991. .com domains arrived in 1984. WebCrawler was the first search engine, it arrived in 1994.
