What if I lost a Chromebook or charger?
You just need to report to the library what is lost. If it's a Chromebook, we will have it locked and your account will be charged $270 until it's returned or paid. If it's a charger, your account will be charged $30 until it's returned or paid.

What if my Chromebook or charger is damaged?
A broken screen will incur a charge of $28 on your account. If the Chromebook or charger is unfit and unusable, you will be charged $270 to your account for the Chromebook or $30 for the charger. You can be issued a different Chromebook or charger once all equipment fees are paid.

What if I'm leaving the school?
Instead of renewing your Chromebook and charger, you will simply return them to the library.

What if my barcode is missing or damaged?
If the charger is missing its barcode, you will be charged $30 to your account because we can't verify the charger was checked out to you, UNLESS you have not yet renewed your charger from the previous school year. If this is the case, your charger SHOULD NOT have a barcode on it.
If the Chromebook is missing a barcode, we will print and place a new one for the Chromebook.

What if I forget to bring my Chromebook or charger?

After the end of the week, your forgotten Chromebook or charger will be marked lost and you will be charged $270 for the Chromebook until it's returned, or $30 for the charger until it's returned.
