Bioproduction process

• The bacterial or mammalian cells are specifically engineered to create a unique master cell line that yields the target therapeutic drug. It is the Master Cell Bank
• Cells from the Master Cell Bank are expanded to form the Working Cell Bank
• Each Working Cell Bank will be the start of a new batch of product
• They are transferred to a nutrition solution and then propagated into small bioreactors of 5 to 15 L
